| Additional event information for participants | The event will be held on an indoor soccer field. The field is made of indoor turf with a rubberized bed. The field is fenced on all sides with a limited entrance and exit. The games to be played will have a running order set by time. The site has ample parking, limited RV overnight registerations, and indoor concessions will be available. Indoor crating will also be available immediately adjacent to the field. Awards will be given in three divisions, beginner, intermediate, an expert. Volunteers are needed to help run the event smoothly and are eligable for volunteer gift basket drawings.
